• MMDA suspends number coding scheme on Ninoy Aquino Day, Aug. 21

  The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Thursday announced the expanded number coding scheme will be suspended on Friday, August 21 in observance of Ninoy Aquino Day.

  Emergency responders in Quezon City rescued a dog that was seen swimming near a creek amid the flooding following a downpour brought about by the southwest monsoon (habagat).
